RepoSystems Com Inc. (hereafter referred to as RepoSystems), Terms of Service for RepoSystems.com and other related products

B. Receiver/user further agrees to the additional Non-Disclosure terms located here, but not to conflict with section 7 of the SWLA located in section A above.

C. Pricing:

Pricing is located here and may change from time to time.  User agrees to be bound by any new pricing that RepoSystems publishes and agrees to allow the payment method that the user chooses to be performed to have their account active.

D. Refunds:

Upon completion of the INITIAL signup to full user, our refund policy is as follows:

D.1 - Total Refund within 10 days, with email or written request faxed or mailed to us.

D.2 - 1/2 Refund on Setup fee if request is received within 15 days

D.3 - Monthly subscription fee refunded if request has been received within 30 days

D.4 - No refund after 30 days

D.5 - If client/customer chooses to accept a website template they agree to a ONE year commitment of service to RepoSystems.com with no option for refund, from the time of original sign up.

E. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.

F.  You agree to periodical mailing, including email, regarding news, upcoming offerings, etc from our organization or sister companies, including ASP Consultants, LLC, RepoSystems.com Inc, The RepoSystems Group, LLC and any web sites they run, including RepoSystems.com, ASPConsultants.com, RepoBureau.com, RepoSpotter.net and TranzSystems.com or any derivation thereof.

** Any Payments made to RepoSystems may appear as ASP Consultants, LLC or RepoSystems or a variation thereof
