Mr. Hammond is incorrect in his allegations:

1)     We didn’t contact him; he contacted us for the initial purchase.  He may have responded to an advertisement, but he called us, as we don’t make any outbound cold calls.

2)     The “hotlist” he is referring to is downloaded onto the LPR computer using the software, which resides in the hotlist directory.  He performed this “download” at least 9 times while he was operating the unit

3)     During that time he ONLY scanned 3802 plates, he was told he would have to have a minimum of 25,000 before he POSSIBLY got a hit (for LPR usage), since he was ONLY looking for other entities assignments.  If he had his OWN assignments they would have been much more beneficial to him.

4)     He signed off that the camera system may not help him increase sales or revenue

5)     He knew about the subscription prior to running his card.

6)     He signed it on 9/5/2012 – so he knew ALL of this before his card was run.

7)     He signed the finance agreement on 9/10/2012.

8)     We received no less than TWO (2) insufficient funds payments from Mr. Hammond.

9)     Mr. Hammond ONLY made ONE payment and then defaulted on the remaining payments.  After his first missed payment and returned ACH fee, we disabled his services.

10)  He still has the cameras! AND DIDN’T pay his balance of $2355.00

LPR systems are generally for those that are in the repo business and have repossession orders that they are looking for.  Mr. Hammond INSISTED on getting the cameras even though he was informed about the risks.

He should have run the cameras more and stuck to the program; he would have had more opportunity to receive his investment back.

He also is NOT using the RepoSpotter/Systems GPS DNA product which has more “opportunities” than the license plate recognition product, AND it is much less expensive!

His total LPR Hotlist download and Scans upload (all one process).  The 9/10/2012 is one of our test, the remainder are his:

Signature page of the Finance Agreement., which he defaulted on.  Since his cameras were financed by us, we wouldn't send them until he returned the finance agreement to us.  He signed this and returned it to us on 9/10/2012.  His cameras were shipped on 9/11/2012.  He received them on 9/18/2012 and immediately began scanning plates.
